renovation. renewal.
(and some rest).
While the sun shines, everybody in this business gets busy.
At Green Table HQ, we're pounding away at a major renovation of our membership program.
We're updating our core protocols to reflect fresh opportunities to boost sustainability in foodservice, including some new levels of achievement.
New participants and industry partners offer novel ways to distribute GTN information and services, and we're making sure that operators (and their customers) across the country can benefit.
The results of all this summer sweat will be introduced in new membership materials coming this Fall, along with a renewal package for the many members heading into Year 2 in the Green Table program.
Because of this 'making hay' focus, we've slowed down on our new member intake. However, our work with some rather large clients is keeping us afloat. More on that soon.
