Food Producers are farmers who grow fresh food and deliver earth’s amazing bounty to our markets and our food service operators. Food Producers are also culinary wizards making artisanal food creations for consumers and businesses alike. Either way, Food Producers are critical for our local food supply and food security. They can offer food service operators unique ingredients for those one-of-a-kind specials, specialty items for seasonal menus or promotions, or supply labour-intensive products to help bring down in-house labour costs.
