April 18-20, 2008 

 

The Green Table Network booth and Capers Whole Foods Market Kitchen Stage (featuring GTN chefs, exclusively) was well attended from Friday set up to Sunday take down. Green consumers were eager to learn more about GTN's work, educational support programs and, most importantly, were scrambling to find out about participating restaurants. Everyone we spoke with was excited to learn of their greener dining options.

The Green Table Network is now accepting Supply Members

 

Supply Membership is limited to those growers, companies or organizations that are operating sustainably and offer truly green  solutions to existing and future GTN operator members (i.e. restaurants, caterers, resorts, etc.).

The Sustainable Restaurant

  

The Canadian Restaurant and Foodservices Association put on a fantastic

BC Foodservice Expo at BC Place on January 27 and 28, 2008. 

 

The Green Table Network was there in full force with a 900 sq.ft. astoundingly green restaurant display, appropriately named The Sustainable Restaurant.
