Green Table Network is striving to embed sustainability principles throughout the hospitality industry. One way we do this is to work with Culinary Art education and training institutions to assist them in developing curriculum that includes operational best practices, menu and recipe design emphasizing local, seasonal and sustainable, and an overall philosophy of conservation and environmental awareness. Moreover, a percentage of Green Table Network profits are earmarked for promoting sustainability in the local culinary arts community – more information will be available on our site as we develop this initiative over the coming year.
