To achieve this we continually ask ourselves two questions: “What simple things can we do to reduce our carbon footprint to help protect the environment and sustain natural resources for current and future generations?” and “How can we positively contribute and celebrate community?”
Over the years we have dedicated ourselves to implementing simple solutions to answer these questions. We were founding members of The Natural Step in Canmore, The Vancouver Aquarium Ocean Wise Program and the Green Table Network. Seven years down the road we are proud to say that all of our restaurants are now carbon neutral (maybe even carbon positive) and every week we do small things to celebrate community in the restaurant.
